What kind of paint do you use to cover old grease spots and old dirt that is over 25 years old?

Any paint can be used, it is the prep that is most important. You will need to wash before anything can be painted. Recommend using TSP. After a good washing and everything is dry you need to prime all surfaces being painted. Use Kilz oil base or similar primer.
