Interior Paint Colors

Anonymous asked 10 years ago

I just bought a mobile home and am trying to choose paint colours. It is fairly open concept so I want all the rooms to flow together nicely.

The floors are chocolate brown hard wood in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom and an oak coloured hard wood in the guest bathroom and 2 other bedrooms. As well, there is a corner built in fire place that’s floor to ceiling that is oak and the kitchen cupboards are oak.

The kitchen is a nice beige colour which matches the beige in the hallway so I would like to keep that but the rest needs to be painted. The only furniture we need to match it to is a beige & chocolate brown sofa set.

So 2 bedrooms, guest bath, living room and master bed and bath.
I really wanted to do grey in the master bed and lilac in the master bath but it doesn’t seem to look as nice with the beige’s throughout the house so I’m open to ideas!!!

I would stay with creams for accents from the gold on the oak and Browns for the dark in the oak. There are many shades in that section. Sorry I would have to see it to start giving detailed colors.

Maybe some photo's. That would help.
