I need to start painting a newly construction interior room. The temperature tomorrow will be 69 degrees with 30 present chance of rain giving us a 54 percent humidity. Will it be okay to paint or should I wait for better weather conditions?

Should be fine. It could take a little extra time to dry but the temps are well within norms.
