I want to paint my wall but it has wallpaper on it. I’m trying to figure out which product will not lift up the wallpaper. Kilz oil base primer or the regular paint with the primer?

DEFINITELY not regular paint (even paint with primer added… which btw is a complete waste of money…ie all paint will need a SEPARATE PRIMER if priming is actually required)… and, oil base primer is imho not the best for this application, but will work… I recommend using Pigmented Shellac (avail at all paint outlets)
