Accidentally painted new bonderized steel gutters with interior satin paint. There is a coat of primer underneath. Do I need to do something to fix this?

Yes, absolutely… it will not withstand climate conditions… just wash it with a hose, let dry completely, then give it a coat of exterior grade paint… use a known high grade product (recommend Sherwin Williams A-100, use a Gloss or Satin finish for best exterior durability)…
