I don’t know if the old paint was oil based or latex, so I sanded it and used Zinnser 123 latex based, I let it dry for almost 24 hrs before putting finish paint on it. Problem seems to be is the door seems tacky still and sticks to the weatherstrip. The finish was also a latex semi gloss paint? Any ideas?????

Remove the weather stripping if possible and allow the primer/paint to cure for a few days. If the weather stripping isn't removable you can rub some Vaseline on it to stop the sticking. This is only temporary as the paint cures and becomes less likely to stick.
