Painting a well house during cold weather. Do you suggest I wait till winter is over? Corrosion build up, scraping of pipes, etc, then painting. Will this cause irritation, problems, etc?

All Paint needs at least 50 deg F overnite for 2 consectutive weeks to Cure Properly… I would wait till you have this requirement before Painting…
