Interior painting when cold outside?

Is it OK to paint when the heat is not on in a new house inside? The temp has been between 18 and 30 degrees.

Absolutely NOT… all paint products need at least 50F overnite for two consecutive weeks to Cure Properly… and moderate Humidity is desirable too!!!
