Looks like your house is stucco, this is good. Stucco is easy to deal with. First you need to give it a good washing to remove any dust and surface contamination. A pressure washer is the best way but you could use a garden hose and scrub brush on a pole. If you see the water bead off an area wash this area with a mild soap then rinse well. Allow to dry for 2-3 good drying days before continuing.

All that's left is repairing any large cracks, caulking around windows and doors, and choosing your paint. The best paint for stucco is an elastomeric. With this type of paint you won't need to prime the stucco before painting. If you choose a good acrylic house paint then you need to prime with an acrylic masonry primer before painting.
