Paint colors for baseboard heat vents?

My walls are a tan color my trim is white my accent color is blue can I paint my baseboard heat vents blue also?

You can paint them any color you want… it's your look… but we usually paint the heat vents along with the baseboard color and preferably both in a semi gloss finish… Good Luck!
