Painted Drywall Not Primed

I painted the drywall and did not prime. Can see all the spots that have been sanded. Can I go ahead and put the second coat of paint on? Will that help, or do I need to start over and prime?

Applying another coat of paint will help. No need to prime, now that the drywall is painted.
