Just put up dry wall, put on two coats of Kilz primer and spackled and sanded some problems. Then put on two coats of satin finish paint and you can see all the places I sanded. How can I fix this? Should I put on a textured paint to hide where I sanded or maybe get a gallon of flat paint to cover.

Two things might be happening. You didn't mention priming the patches before applying the finish paint. The patches will soak up some paint causing flashing, areas with a different sheen. If this is the case simply apply another coat of paint. Try painting the patches again then paint the entire wall if needed.

Another possibility is you used a course grit sandpaper or sanding sponge. You could try re-floating the patches and then re-sanding with a smooth sanding sponge. Spot prime and paint. Paint the entire wall only if needed.

If these ideas don't work then painting with a good flat could hide the patches.
