Water streaks in bathroom.

My bathroom walls had water streaks. I wiped them down and then later repainted the bathroom walls but the water streaks keep showing through once the paint is dry. Is there anyway to correct this since there is new paint on the walls now?

You need to seal or prime the areas with the streaks. Use a shellack primer, allow to dry for 2 hours then touch-up with the original paint.
