I had my front porch completely replaced but now yellowish marks are showing up on the white painted posts.

This is tannin bleed, tannins from the wood coming through the paint. These spots will need a stain blocking primer to seal them up then be touched up with the original paint. Use an oil based stain blocking primer, better at sealing up this type of stain.
