Can you use interior satin paint on hardiplank?

Yes you can paint Hardiplank with any good acrylic paint. If using an interior paint make sure the Hardiplank is used indoors only.

Hardy plank or board is used on the exterior of a building. If you are using hardy board on the interior for some reason, prime then coat with your interior paint.
