Help a mom who’s trying to paint her fence! We have a ton of pine needles falling in and around the area where my tall privacy fence is. I am planning on painting it but concerned that the falling pine needles will stick? Any suggestions?

The only way is to choose a good non-windy day to do your painting. The only other thing you could try is suspending a tarp or other barrier over the fence while you are working. Beyond this there is nothing you can do but pick out any sticking pine needles.
