Could wind blown rain cause leaks in our house?

Yes, un-sealed stucco is very porous and wind blown rain could find a small crack and create a leak. This would be rare as most modern stucco homes have a moisture barrier, tar paper, that would block this moisture. With older homes leaks are possible.

Look for cracks in the stucco and gaps around windows and doors. These are the most likely areas for a leak.
