I painted my basement walls 6 weeks ago, and the smell of ammonia has almost become unbearable. It makes my eyes water and my nose burn.
A combination primer/latex from Lowes which stated is was low VOC, Valspar is the name. I am thinking about discussing  my situation with an attorney.
