I’m trying to cover red water based paint on my fence. The fence is located behind my garage, so power washing isn’t an option. Can anyone recommend a paint type that will guarantee coverage?

Red is perhaps the most difficult color to cover, but if you use a high grade exterior paint and give it 2 coats it will work… I recommend Sherwin Williams products…
