What’s the best roller cover to use on concrete block? The one I used was a 20mm nap, and it flattened and didn’t paint mortar lines.

Recommend 3/4 inch nap covers for that application… but more importantly, the brand you choose will determine success or failure… use a Polyester material product, and use Sherwin Williams for best results… TIP: wet the Skin (roller cover) down first with water, then spin it or shake it down… then apply the paint!
