Brown spots on paint.

I decided to paint some wood trim and a wood door in my new house white. I have noticed that as the paint starts to dry small brown spots appear. Does any one know why this is caused or how to fix it?

Most likely is is localized surface contamination. Could be paces where a moth or other bug was sitting. Prime these spots with a shellac primer then repaint (touch-up).
