Can I safely paint inside when its rainy and 66 degrees outside?

Yes no problem… but the higher humidity might result in longer drying times… best is 50% rel humidity and at least 50F overnite for 2 consecutive weeks to insure proper curing… Good Luck!

If it is heavy rain then no because higher humidity will destroy the paint.
