We need to get a clear finish on our Douglas fir tongue and groove and glulam ceiling very soon. The ceiling and beams span both the interior and exterior and we would like to use a natural looking clear finish. We are thinking about using Cabot clear solutions in natural. Does anyone have any experience with this or other suggestions?

The natural finish will work great. Please understand you will be applying this to different types and or species of woods. The result will be the natural tone will take on the overall tone of the surface stained. Therefore, the different types or species of wood will have different finish tones. To resolve this issue visit a local paint dealer and take in any differing types or species of wood.
