Elastomeric Paint on Aluminum Siding

I would like to apply elastomeric paint to aluminum siding. Is this possible if I primed the area first?

Yes it is possible. Clean the siding then apply a good 100% acrylic primer. Elastomeric paint isn't recommended for aluminum siding, but it will stick and stay around for quite a while. A better choice is a 100% acrylic DTM, direct to metal, paint.
