Two months ago we had our house painted with Sherwin Williams Super Paint. The new paint easily peels off when bumped by a plastic shovel and I can easily peel it off with my nail. What should be done to correct this problem? Does the new paint need stripped off?
First thing you need to do is get in touch with the contractor that painted your house and Sherwin Williams. Tell both what is happening. Also, take a look around the house for bubbling, peeling and do the nail test. This is to establish the extent of the problem.
