Removed wallpaper from sheetrock wall. Think backing is still on wall, seems fuzzy. Wall looks perfect. I want to paint over fuzz what next?

  1. You need to prime before painting. Use either an oil base like Kilz or a shellac primer. These are less likely to cause bubbling of the backing paper. After the primer has dried you can paint an normal.
