The paint I had in our house thickened over the winter and I want to know if there is a product that can un-thicken it?

The best way, if it's oil base, is to peel off and discard the hardened film coat of oxidized material… then slowly add paint thinner, while mixing, until you think it has the proper viscosity, for your application requirements…
If it's acrylic based (water) then do the same but use water to "thicken it up a bit" … or even wiser… use rubbing alcohol…
