My house has all natural oak trim throughout. I am tempted to paint the trim in my bedroom but am wondering if it will look bad to have the trim natural in most rooms and painted in one or two others. Do I need to be consistent in the trim color throughout the house? I do not really want to paint all the interior trim, but the oak trim is feeling a bit dated. What should I do??
