After cutting in do you need to let it dry before rolling the walls?

I would recommend rolling while it is still wet. If you apply the paint after it has dried, it may not blend in well and you could see paint lines. If you apply while it is wet, it will ensure that the paint dries at the same time and you will not see paint lines.
