I was touching up some water stains on a ceiling and accidentally used Kilz Oil-Based Primer instead of the Latex. I wont get to see how it turned out until tomorrow but my question is…Will I be able to use a latex flat white ceiling paint over the Oil Based Kilz and if not what should I do?

Yes, latex paint will stick just fine. Actually, Kilz oil base is better than the latex version for water stains.
