You cannot paint in rainy weather… after it is completely DRY give it a coat of Exterior Oil Base Stain Sealer… locally where required to hide the marks… then topcoat (the whole complete surface from top to bottom and side to side) with a good grade Exterior Acrylic Paint to match your current color…
