Help! I am removing old wallpaper in my new house and the paint behind it is peeling with it. Only some sections of paint are peeling, and using moisture to remove the wallpaper paste is making it worse. Any suggestions?

Sorry to inform you, but you are in a sticky situation. You will need to finish removing the wallcovering and then repair the walls. Karl has some great helpful articles in the website for repairing the damaged walls. The walls were not prepared properly prior to the wallcovering installation. The damage stems from that, not anything you are doing incorrectly.
