Need to paint part of rubber stair treads for kids that have a problem seeing.

Change the stair treads as to my knowledge there is not a coating available which will be the combination you need.

Durability, adhesion, and slip resistance are major concerns when coating stairs. Adding rubber to the mix will make all three at the same time near impossible.
