Yes, but CLEAN it first using a hose and water and rag or brush… let dry then PRIME it with an Exterior Grade OIL Base Sealer Primer… then use an Exterior Acrylic Paint, high quality, and with a gloss or semi-gloss sheen finish… NOTE: For best results, the temp should be 50F over nite for at least two consecutive weeks… for curing!
