Absolutely, but first CLEAN them with water, rag and TSP Cleaner… then use Sherwin Williams A-100 (Gloss, Semi or Satin) color of choice…
Check with the manufacture to see if painting is possible, not all plastics are paintable. You will also need to use a very good primer designed for plastic. Use XIM Plastic & Vinyl NT Bonder for the primer.
