Peeling Bathroom Paint

We just painted the bathroom and the paint feels almost tacky. If you barely touch it it peels. I can peel it off almost like nail polich using my finger nail. What happened?

All paints, especially semi-gloss, require some cure time before achieving good adhesion. Typically a few days will do the trick. For this time frame be careful not to nick or gouge the surfaces and make sure to run an exhaust fan during showering.
