Perforated Vinyl Fascia

Jeff Putz asked 7 years ago

I have 15-year-old white perforated vinyl Fascia that is pretty gray and I can’t get it clean – I have an airless sprayer as well . What would be the best way to paint it white again? What type of paint? Should I brush, roll or spray? Or do you have a better idea?
Thank you

For starters; clean and prime with a good acrylic primer, Stix or Gripper are good to use.  Any high quality exterior acrylic paint will work.  Personally, I like Sherwin Williams Duration with a satin sheen.
Spraying will work great but will be a bit of a pain. Be careful of the roof and other areas.  Masking and shielding will be needed.  Brush and roll will also work but will have their own drawbacks.  Use the method that you are most comfortable with.
