My new house building contractor pulled a fast one on me. He used Pre-primed untreated finger-jointed and glued wood on a lot of my exterior trim. I have been fighting black mold and a brown sticky substance ever since. I think the sticky stuff is the glue coming through the wood but not sure.

Any recommendations to solve the problem?

Your trim needs repainting. This time with some sanding and priming with a oil based wood primer. Eventually the finger jointed trim will begin to come apart, at the joints. If you paid for solid wood then the trim should be replaced.
