I want to prepaint hardiplank siding before it is installed. How long would it have to dry before I could stack it? The siding will end up being stacked for about 2 months before it is installed.

Place spacers between the individual planks. No matter how long it dries, as heavy as is Hardi-plank, it will stick to the next board due to the tremendous pressure.

Be certain the spacers are set one above the other in order to transfer the weight to the ground.
