Is there a paint available in the market to prevent the fungus in the closed apartment?

The only fungicide paint additive I'm aware of is M1 by Jomaps. This is a powder that is added to stains, primers and paints to increase there resistance to fungus. It does work for a few years.
It is designed for interior and exterior use. I have this product in pool rooms and bathrooms with good results.
