I’ve been touching up the scratches and marks on the walls of my rental before I move out and matched all of the colours correctly, except one. It has dried darker than the original colour – is there an easy way to fix this?

The only way to truly get the right color is to have the original paint. At this point you can try adding small amounts of white paint, same sheen, and see if this will match better.
Another idea is to quickly repaint the affected walls, corner to corner. As long as the color is close it is doubtful anyone will notice.
