When I remove the painters’ tape that I’ve used to mask door facings, trim etc., when painting a wall, some of the new paint will peel off too.

Two areas of concern here. First, is the new trim paint peeling? Second, is the paint peeling from the wall?
If the peeling paint is from the trim, you are leaving the tape on too long after you have finished painting the trim. You should remove the tape within 2 – 3 hours of finishing the painting. We will remove any tape we use within minutes of finishing.
If the tape is pulling the paint off the wall, you are applying the tape too soon after the wall is painted and / or leaving this tape on too long also.
