I have a house that has a light rust color roof and the house is colonial yellow, the door and shutters are light blue. What colors can I paint my house and shutters and door that would go with our roof?

You can never go wrong with white…

Few ideas; golds (earthy golds) would be a good accent (trim and shutters or door), tans go with everything and would be a good base color (siding) and a deep rust red or brick red would be good for the door or other accents. Black or dark bronze could also be used for your front door and could be used to compliment lighting fixtures or wrought iron or whatever.

Any of these can be combined for a good look. Make sure to make sample boards of various combinations before committing to any color combinations.
