Most likely the hose is shot, throw it away.  The pump housing (piston, rod, etc) will need to be taken apart and soaked, could use a strong solvent or paint stripper.  Same for the gun, take it apart the best you can and soak.  Exterior areas could be cleaned with oven cleaner, in the right situation.
