If I paint the bathroom walls and ceiling with Kilz do I still need primer over the Kilz before I apply the actual colors?

No need to use an additional primer. The Kilz is the primer. Kilz is compatible with both oil base and water based paints so go ahead an apply your finish paint right over the Kilz.
