IF IT IS HUMID OUTSIDE, WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD I PAINT INSIDE?

Warmer the better. The main thing to remember is it will take longer for the paint to dry. Recommend 2 thin coats instead of one thick one to lesson sags and runs. Give each coat ample time to dry, overnight might be a good idea if the humidity is exceptionally high.
