When painting the door around the glass area, some of the brush bristles slid between the fiberglass and the glass leaving some paint traces that can be seen through the glass. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Try finding the door mfg addy or phone number and contact them about this…

Might try a razor blade to reach in and scrape off the paint.
