Stained the door, it is still sticky in places. What to do?

Strip it all off with a Paint & Varnish Remover OR a Furniture Refinishing Product… then restain it.

It could take a day or two before the stickiness goes away. Hi humidity can slow down the drying of all stains and finishes. Wait a little longer before stripping and restaining.
