My home was repainted 4 yrs ago. I have noticed cracks in the bedroom ceiling where it meets the wall. This only happened to the wall where both window are.

Highly unlikely the paint job has anything to do with the cracks developing. What you are describing is stress cracks from the framing. Most of the time these are easily fixed. If these cracks are severe and reoccurring you should have your house looked at by a qualified professional. They will look at the foundation as well as the framing for problems.
