Stained my new fiberglass door and put first coat of polyurethane on it and now it has bubbles. How do I remove the bubbles?

Lightly sand with 150 or 180 grip sandpaper or fine sanding sponge to open up the bubbles. Now apply your second coat of poly. Remember to only lightly sand, don't want to remove any stain.
